My Hotel - Sha Extra Plus - Patong

The location was mind-blowing, with easy access to vibrant nightlife and a wide range of food and transportation options. Despite being in a quiet side street, the hotel was close to all the action. The clean and spacious rooms, equipped with a flat-screen TV and an electric kettle, provided a comfortable stay. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The nearby restaurants served delicious breakfast and dinner plates. The hotel's free Wi-Fi was reliable, and the air conditioning ensured a pleasant stay. this place exceeded our expectations in terms of value for money, location, and comfort.

No lift. Carry your own luggage up the stairs. Low budget hotel. Construction on streets.

Near to everything: One of the best things about this hotel is its convenient location. It is situated close to the beach, which is perfect for those who want to enjoy the sun and sand. Additionally, it is also near to the nightlife, allowing guests to easily explore the vibrant entertainment options in the area.

Room for improvement: While there were many positive aspects to this hotel, there is always room for improvement. However, overall, I found that everything was more than satisfactory during my stay.

Big and clean room, building is very new. Big bathroom. Location is very good, close to beach and bars. Air Con, big TV.

There was a problem with the wi-fi. Connection was not good but I think they will fix it, cause it seems a very new hotel.

It is in a central location with lots of activities around the hotel and within walking distance.

The location of the hotel was perfect! It was just a short walk away from the beach and a bustling area with many restaurants and shops. The rooms were very spacious and clean, offering all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. I also appreciated the friendly and accommodating staff who were always ready to help.

While the hotel had a great location, it lacked a swimming pool which could have been a great addition to unwind after a long day. the Wi-Fi in the hotel was not very reliable and could be quite frustrating at times.

Have stayed before and found it very comfortable for the price. Staff are very friendly. The attached restaurant has good, cheap food and their staff are very friendly. Hotel is very gay friendly.

Would prefer that it had an elevator - carrying suitcases up the stairs is hard work - but only had to do it once at the start of the stay.

The room was great. Got the twin room, it was very big and modern and clean. The location is perfect, close to the beach, restaurants, shopping and to bangla road. Everything was perfect during my stay.

My recent stay at this hotel was absolutely fantastic. I was impressed by the attention to detail and the value for money that they offer. The room I stayed in was spacious and clean, with a reasonable sized balcony that offered a great view from the 4th floor. The king size bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. Additionally, the staff at reception were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The basic amenities provided were more than sufficient, and the hotel's location was ideal - close to everything, yet quiet in the night.

great location, quiet alley though close to all the action and beach. spacious room - I had deluxe type and really good matresses for very comfortable sleep ( most thai beds are really, really hard ),

wifi signal weak or nonexistent in my room ( had room on 3rd floor)

Nice large, clean, modern rooms, with comfortable beds. So many thailand beds as hard as a rock but Pacific Light beds comfortable. Tucked down a quiet road yet less than 5 minutes walk to Bangla Road and Jungceylon shopping mall. No swimming pool however you can use the pool at The Gallery hotel a few steps away. The restaurant in the lobby is independently owned and is spotlessly clean with great meals at great value.

They had some trouble with their linen laundering company and were in the process of changing suppliers so should be sorted for the future.
